Contest Brief

This is a real estate project. the banner will be on the façade of the building.
it will include information about amenities and pictures and a contact number for more info:

-Studios, 1 Bedrooms, 2-bedroom apartments
-MOVE IN NOW
-Receive your unit with 10% down payment
-Private beach
-All units sea view

I have uploaded the size of the banner that will be printed on vinyl. there will be X4 of that size all on the front of the building. the design of the four should compliment each other. I have also attached a picture of the building where the banners will be placed. They will cover the 4x glass on the store fronts of the building.
NOTE: the façade of the building will be completely renovated so don't include pict0res of the building

I don't want all four banners to be the same but at the same time they should compliment each other. For example one banner should say "LUXURY BEACH LIVING" another should say some of the amenities, a third should say BESPOKE PAYMENT PLANS and so on
