Contest Brief

Hi,

I am after someone to create the following official proposal document:

- Graphic Design for a cover page
- Graphic design for headers and footers
- Create a nice look and feel regarding text and fonts
- Appendices page
- A quick portfolio one page (use the attached information) design, this will be included in the other main proposal document.

Note I will need this document in a word format so I can edit it for ongoing continual usage. Please incorporate my logo and utilise the colours on my logo for the look and feel of the document. I need the headers, footers and any other branding/graphic design to be anchored as well. I like innovation and I like professional look otherwise this project is up to you for designing purposes, i will offer feedback on designs before the closing date to better your chances.
