Contest Brief

I have a written whitepaper that my company needs to publish to our customers. I need someone to take the 4 page document, and make it look nice and presentable, with a similar coloring to our website http://www.esihealthcaresolutions.com/

The logo is on the website, but I will upload a better copy when I get it.

I need the final format of the document to be in Microsoft Word, so that we can edit the document as needed and not break the formatting.

  Hi jaylopez999, you got to evaluate the projects based on the images that we provide and when you find what you've been looking for, you award the prize and then you will receive the word document in a special section that freelancer will proportionate.
