Perhaps some different colors for the logo as well, just so everything flows with the whole design.

Two small changes please:
1) Can we have the logo moved into the top left corner so the top of it isn't cut off and center the header?
2) Everything is perfect except for the picture in the background. We're looking for something a little "softer" as a bunch of mean looking business people might be too intimidating. Can we see a few more designs with some different background images?- 10 years ago
