Design a logo for a new business with business cards

We are starting up a new real estate company in the Caribbean and need your help making a kick ass logo.
We are a local island real estate company competing against big real estate companies like Remax and Century 21.
We are called: Island Men Real Estate
We are looking for a unique logo that is memorable and timeless
We really need you to get creative here and provide 2 different versions that we can use; 1 with a white background and 1 with a black background.
For the business cards we just need something clean with a Caribbean vibe to it including the new logo.
I'd need the winner to upload the files in vector format (preferred .ai) within 24 hours of the winner being chosen.
