Design a Logo for a casino site (Finland site)

Contest Brief

I have a casino site http://www.parhaatcasino.com/ that i would need a logo and header/footer for it, i am using a wordpress framework for my site, in that framework there is no specific size for the logo but there is for the footer/header, bought the footer and the header should have a size of 1196px wide, there is no limit for the height.

here is the site example for that wordpress framework from the developer that sell this, please have a look so you can get an idea on the logo and footer/header size: http://responsivo.protheosthemes.com/

I am looking for a clean and slick design, not childish logo please, its a casino site not a game site.

some general request, i would like to have the Flag of Finland somewhere in the header and in the footer, the keyword for that domain name is "parhaat casino" with a space,

a lot of Generic looking logos were submitted (all rejected), other good looking logo were as well rejected not because the logo look bad but because its doesn't fit the site well in term of colors ect..

I would really like to have the PSD of those as well as pngs with the correct sizes so i can just use those without havibg to figure out how to export a PSD to a png even-thought i don't this it is complicate but i would like to have the logo/footer/header in PNG format as well as the PSDs.
