Contest Brief

The title of the book, is "If You Build Buy It They Will Come." But the Build needs to be crossed out. I want to use it as a logo and the cover of the book. So it will be a branded image used on all of my social media, ads, articles and so forth. I would like the colors to be blue and orange. The word Buy really needs to be accentuated since that's the main point. I attached a basic book title cover idea, but the contest will be awarded based on the best design that is submitted. You dont need to copy the attachment that was just there to show how I wanted the Build word crossed out. The contest will be awarded to whoever provides a design that is smart and timely and something that conveys the idea that it is better to buy a business than to build a business. It should be professional but not stuffy. If it looks like you spent 5 minutes on it I wont award you the contest, so if you aren't going to put some time into it please don't waste your time. Any design including graphics, background pics, effects anything is really acceptable, but none of that is required. If you are awarded the contest, I will hire you to complete other things related to the new book, so that all of the designs stay consistent, so this isn't just a chance to win the $60 but a chance to get more ongoing work at your normal hourly rate.

No Need to design the entire book cover. This is going to be a logo, used on a bookcover, but also on ads, social media, my website and so forth. It should work as a stand-alone logo and a book cover title only. The rest of the book cover will be determined later.
