What is Tobin Group?

This is a luxury real estate group associated with Coldwell Banker.

High end real estate sales and investments along the coastal region of California beaches.

The winner of this contest will be introduced to our marketing team for further design work including, email signature, website design, business cards, and banners!

Color: 2 colors max, deep blue & white (see our example).


Here are 2 options that you can try.

Look at all attached example corresponding to both options to know what style we like.

1) Take our model and modernize it into a unique updated version (3D?) with the same attributes. The symbol is a clock on the Laguna Beach famous lifeguard tower (see picture attached). Our motto is "Time Matters." Take these designs and ideas and revolutionize our real estate logo.

2) Complete redesign and open to new modern ideas that will directly represent the Tobin Group and Coldwell Banker Real Estate. We are also open to any new concepts including a slogan to go with the logo. Keep in mind,. we are a coastal real estate group in Laguna Beach, CA. So, while also representing Coldwell Banker we also represent Laguna Beach. Anything symbolic and unique creates added value (such as the clock on the famous lifeguard tower).
