Contest Brief

Need a logo called:

Department Of Crypto

The idea of the theme is Depart of Corrections.

I want perhaps a half body inmate above Department of Crypto with his hands reaching down grabbing the text and or arms crossed. He'll have an orange jumpsuit on and maybe the word "HODL" written on the pocket area.

You're creativity is welcomed as these are just my ideas.

The inmates head will be the Bitcoin Logo and you should incorporate the Ether logo and NEO (crypto) logo too. Maybe the ether logo is a tattoo on the face like an inmate with a teardrop tattoo or any ideas you come up what.
