  I currently do not have ingredient information. You can make up the mg amount and the size. These labels are just to get a general design down and then I would like to work with a freelancer from there to nail down the specifics and to finalize the designs. So eventually I will award a winner and then work with milestones to complete the logos.

  ƒ Make unsubstantiated claims
  ƒ Indicate side effects
  ƒ Use terms “cannabis, weed, marijuana”
  ƒ Have language that indicates cure or treatment

  ƒ When creating your label, please use a minimum font size of 6pt
  ƒ Use the term “Supplement Facts”
  ƒ When creating your ingredient list, put ingredients in a list of descending order as it
  relates to concentration
  ƒ Include accurate serving sizes
  ƒ Include directions for use
  ƒ Include total CBD content
  ƒ Include total volume
  ƒ Indicate whether the product is whole hemp extract or THC Free
  ƒ Include applicable warning
  ƒ Share an FDA statement
  ƒ Include Company Name & Address (Contact info and phone number) for consumer to
  contact manufacture in the event of adverse effect
  ƒ Use the term “Hemp-derived CBD” to avoid confusion with Cannabis-derived CBD.
  ƒ Include the term “Shake Well” or “Mix Well”
  ƒ Include the term “Made in USA”
  ƒ Suggestions:
  - Consider including a batch/lot number - Explain storage/use instructions
