Contest Brief

Our company name is Prime Renovations NW, LLC. We are a renovations company that will do remodels, roofs, additions etc. Pretty much anything involving repairs, updates or even services with a home. Would like something with 60% black, 30% blue and 10% silver or grey (approx of course!). I like the following logos but want to stay away from the cliche house logos:
