We need some help designing a for sale board for a real estate company.

The company logo, sample photos and details are attached.

Dot Points:
- 3 spacious living areas
- Open plan kitchen
- Family entertaining alfresco area
- Close to schools and shops

Some example boards have been included for you to get some ideas. The boards must be different from the examples, they are only for your inspiration

The design must adhere to the following brief:
- The size of the board is 5 feet x 7 feet. It is a vertical standing board
- The board must include 3 to 4 photos of the property, the logo of the company
- The board must have person name, the person photo, their phone numbers
- If you decide to use the dot points above, it must have space for 4 dot points. If you use the dot points
- The board can just have the Title. If you don't use the dot points, it can the Title only (optional)
- It is optional for the board to have the company website,
- The board needs to be professional, upmarket and unique.
- The company font is Avenir Book
- You must have the bedroom, bathroom and car park icons, which you can create yourself or find elsewhere provided there is no copyright
- Don't be afraid to be creative
- Don't worry about any sold stickers on the example boards... imagine they are not there.
