Contest Brief

Title: B is for Boner - A Hand Lettering and Calligraphy Workbook for Naughty Adults
NO AUTHOR
Dimensions: 8.5x11 inches
FRONT AND BACK COVERS SEPARATELY / NO SPINE
Needed Final Formats: PDF, PNG, JPG (RGB & at least 300 DPI), and Ai/Vector + Layers/Fonts (You can zip the final files). Must be at least 300 DPI.

I need a cover for an adult calligraphy book. This book will have raunchy/explicit words for adults to write out in cursive. I would like a creative, eye catching cover with a large title with the subtitle below with "FOR NAUGHTY ADULTS" emphasized in bold.. "Boner" should be in cursive.

MUST HAVES for this cover:
1. LARGE title that can be read even when the cover is at a thumbnail size. "BONER" needs to be in cursive, but legible. (see attached photos for font)
2. NO shadowing on text of the title.
3. Subtitle clear and large, but smaller than title. Underneath the scroll. "FOR NAUGHTY ADULTS" emphasized in bold.
4. Colorful and eye catching

I have attached two covers with the style of cover I want. The title needs to be a simple clean font with great contrast against the background. Please use cohesive colors that blend well, it should be eye-catching and vibrant but not distracting or too busy. The illustrations will need to be professional and high-quality, please. The title must be easy to read from a small thumbnail size.

Do NOT copy others’ work. Must be original artwork.
