The darker color should represent the % of battery charged. It should also start in the middle at the top.

It's possible to have multiple charging sessions in one day, so I would suggest to give a breakdown of all the sessions and then display the total amounts at the bottom.
Example:
09:00 00:15:00 €2,50
15:30 00:45:30 €4,21
