Hello,

I am looking to get a realistic, life-like 3D render done of a house.

I have attached the floor plan, site plan and existing elevations.

I have sketched a new and different facade for the house which I want rendered and have labelled the materials I would like to see. Refer to the attachments.

For context, the house is aiming for a simple, ‘mid-modern century’ design. It will be located on a steep block on a hill in the Australian bush. There will be wavefold sheer curtains on the windows.

I would like to see a render of the frontage of the house from a few different angles and in three different colour schemes: light, dark, and ‘earthy’.

I would also like to see an option of the façade without the breeze block courtyard wall.

I am working on it. It would have been swell if could get the DWG or sketchup models. Since you have mentioned that you don't have them; can you provide some more pics of the elevations? Those would be good for correct modeling and dimensions; especially the height of elevations.
