Contest Brief

Our company manufactures construction chemicals. We have eight different product groups and require an icon to be created for each group. Each icon needs to be easily distinguishable, yet still look like it belongs to the same family.
The product groups are:
1. Adhesives
2. Concrete Admixtures (chemicals added to concrete to speed up/slow down curing and change viscosity)
3. Concrete Repair (products to repair and protect existing concrete structures)
4. Grouts and Anchors (grouts act like mortar between concrete panels. Chemical anchors are resins that secure bolts etc)
5. Industrial Flooring (coatings that are laid on concrete to protect the surface and provide colour)
6. Joint Sealants (When two concrete sections are joined together, to seal the joint)
7. Protective Coatings (To prevent corrosion from eg salt water)
8. Waterproofing (To prevent water entering concrete. These may be flat boards or strips place on, or in the concrete)
