Contest Brief

I have an existing roofing contractor business with a logo that I like. I am adding two new services to my company and want new logos for those two services. I want the logos to have similarities with my existing logo while having their own identity. I want to be able to show its the same company but different so it promotes the individual services. I am attaching my Total Roof Services logo. The first logo will be for roof cleaning. In this logo I want to use my same roofing logo and add a cleaner to the roof and change wording to "Beautifying your Assets". The second logo is for a curbing business. I have attached images for what curbing is, as well as images of a strong man, curbing equipment and a sketch of some idea I have. I am ultimately looking for a creative graphic designer to wow me with creativity while keep a clean minimal look. I have attached a logo for a lawn cutting business that captures the clean look I like. I am ultimately going to need yard signs, door hangers and art work for website. Those will be future projects and will depend on ease of working with graphic designer and creativity. Once selected I will be able to provide .ai or eps file for my original logo. If there is an idea of redesigning our original logo to make all three look cohesive I would entertain that option as well.
