Contest Brief

1- i need a Marketing course poster with retouching and cropping instructor picture(the one with mic) into black and white with effects as the picture showing in attachments(the one with 3 photos in one photo)
2-attached our previous poster i want it the same identity but different execution (in ong and psd)
3-i need to use a blue lights effects like attached in the files too.
4-you may blend a group photo from a previous course too
feel free to be creative .
