Contest Brief

I am looking for someone to take several documents and create a really well designed and consistent look and feel throughout. The final product will be multiple PDFs (approximately 20 separate docs, all about 1-3 pages) that will be used as deliverables for a training series. I will negotiate a total project price with the winner of this contest. You will NOT need to create content, you WILL be taking content and improving layouts/look and feel/design

This content is for ONE of those documents to select a Freelancer to work with moving forward on the project. I am attaching a sample budget with THREE tabs. I would like a 3 page PDF that takes this .xls file and turns it into a great example for anyone viewing our training program. Feel free to play with the look and feel of the document to make it look great! It MUST follow our brand guidelines (attached) using our colors and fonts and, of course, logos. I have also attached those logos you can use for this document.
