Contest Brief

I need a logo for an artisanal, traditional-made-jam company, launched by two brothers. I have already an idea but I'm open to other propositions, here is what I was thinking:
A cartoon/comic/comic logo with 2guys, one , bigger one with beard, maybe wearing tiles overalls for example, and the other one, more thin one with the beret and holding a jam pot... I don't know, let your creativity work :) It should look funny, attractive but still" traditional"
should really not exactly be like I said, it's a pure example. I added pictures of the guys so you can *sketch* them. Thanks in advance
