Hello and good day DO NOT REPLY if you do not read the full thing.

This job is to create php/sql code for having people register/sign up to work for us. the purpose of a system like this is to allow us to collect people job info and help mange it by how it is displayed among other things. so we can look by location who has X Y Z.
at the top show that it is only 3 steps to submitting your info and you should get a response within 3 business days. (keep on all pages)
1.People will go to the page see basic info that we can change then press next to enter basic info. basic info is then show at the top of every page and 1 file should change the top on all pages.
2.They now see a page asking there 1st last name and there address, city and state. which all need to be there own field so we can categorize it that way. bottom page is next button
3. this is work experience page and availability where we will ask a few questions about work experience about 5 to 7 fields we need to be able to change the question and or remove. next button
the questions will be things like work experience in the industry YES or NO
this will allow us to have a few custom displays of what a wanted worker is based on the yes or no answers.
4. page 4 should show a review of all there info and allow changes before submitted

Display of content.
we want a few custom setup displays one for city/state with questions answered a and then alterative setup on that. then newest, view by citystate.
the main display should show 3 cities separated by city and shown to customer settings A above.

in the display we should have the feature to email a rejection or request for phone interview and should be standard email.

HI again , i'm working on the adminboard and have a question for you. you said you want to be able to add/edit/remove some of the fields (customise), are them all only text fields or are there some fields like password, files upload, ....... ??????

Man I'm withdrawing my entry. U can't expect us to sit and build everything working 100% upon premise of expecting you to like it. I did 100% working html,css and js page showing wizard and layout. If you liked, then I'd finish db, validation & admin panel integration. You didn't like, fine I'm withdrawing. U didn't say what you didn't like; only gave 2 measely stars. Glad I didn't waste time doing everything and u hated only my design.
