Concept Drawing
Artist's Colony located entirely inside of a large building

Building dimensions are 200 feet x 600 feet
The ceiling height is 35 feet tall

Inside of the building and in the center is a man made lake
The maximum depth of the water is 4 feet deep
The edges of the lake feature a pebbled beach
Picnic tables surround the lake
And 3 water fountains are in it’s center

Inside of the building are 20 private cottages (10 on each side)
Each private cottage is 22 feet wide x 22 feet long
The front patio of each cottage is 24 feet wide x 20 feet deep and is framed with a 30 inch high white picket fence

At the far end of the building is an event stage 22 feet wide x 22 feet deep
The stage is equipped with sound and lighting equipment
Behind the stage is a kitchen facility

Along the farthest wall is a bathroom/shower facility

We are looking for a single page concept drawing to help us sell the magic of this creative space, please include children playing, artists painting, bright engaging color, musicians on the event stage, strings of lights glowing up above, people visiting on the picnic tables ...

The view should be from the upper left corner of the entrance wall facing in the direction of the event stage ...
