Contest Brief

I have created my own company presentation on PPT and I want to take it to a next level. I will need help with the Design, content organization and even content improvement to make it more clear and easier understandable.

Instructions:

Generally, I would structure the presentation like this:

1) Intro of Brazilian market (maximum of 2 slides - start maybe with slide 7 and one more slide where you sum up a few different stats)
2) How you help SaaS companies penetrate this market
3) Talk about the things you do (marketing activities - blogs, landingpage setup, cold calling, ebooks for attracting leads, etc.)
4) Case study - keep it shorter though. This is too many slides and sometimes a bit confusing. Have 1 slide where you very clearly say what you did and what the results are. Be specific if you can (like number of new clients, etc.)
5) Process of how you work with new clients (a little bit about what you talk about in slide 11 - Do an audit of their company and marketing processes, come up with a proposal of how to penetrate the market, etc. etc.)
6) Pricing - Also keep this short and clear. RIght now I don’t fully understand what the model is. Like partly fixed fee, partly revenue sharing. But it’s not super clear how that works exactly.
7) About: 1 slide about you at the end
For 3) you should keep it short and a little high level. Like for example

Lead generation:
- Landing page creation
- Adwords setup
- Content creation to attract more visitors
- blablabla

the thing I was mostly missing was a clear slide of exactly what you do. And that slide needs to come early to grab people’s attention :)

From #10 to #22: The images I posted are all in PNG format, but I can also send you them in SVG format. The original slides were made using open office, so they are in .odp format but I can save them in .ppt format (that is usual Windows Office format). Please message me if you require any change (background, lettering, color, text, content etc.) to be made to the images.
