Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo for my real estate business. I sell HOUSES for families. Logo should be warm and inviting for families. The name of my company is called JMJ Legacy Homes. Logo must include the name. with an emphasis on LEGACY. Must be sleek, modern chic and stand out. DO NOT USE AN IMAGE FROM THE INTERNET. Colors should include GOLD and black background . Needs to be very professional. I am leaning towards cursive writing. Be creative. Think of what would make a home stand out. Having a key in the logo would be helpful.
