Contest Brief

I would like a logo for a school fundraising event. The words that need to be included are:

Greenmount Primary School P & C
Colour Fun

I would like it bright and colourful, with "colour spatter" in the background. I have uploaded some files of ideas of colour spatter.
This logo is going to be used on printouts, in newsletters, to make temporary tattoos and to be printed onto fabric headbands. I would like the background to be white with the colour spatter then on top of this.
