I need a logo design that i can use on a website, Facebook page, business cards and t-shirts

It is a lifestyle support business, transport, fitness and community services for people with disabilities.

I would like the logo to a be a person juggling a shopping bag, heart, car, dumbbell and a coffee cup (similar to the ine i uploaded)
The business is called Lifestyle Support Coffs Harbour
