We need a banner for an advertisement. Here is a link to where it will go.

I have attached all our logos. We use the OCD-logo-top1 image a lot. If you go to our website www.theocdandanxietytreatmentcenter.com, you will see how we use it there as well.

We will need two versions: 1) one that is 640 x 150 pixels and 2) another that it 552 x 150 pixels. make sure they are either a PNG, JPEG, and GIF file only

We would like the logo to be there, but then underneath it a phrase that says "Located in Utah" and then under neath that Call Now! 801-298-2000. We need this within 24 hours. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
