     Hi, The area of the property is about 5500 m2. It's about 90 m long and 60 m wide. the property is located in Aldover in Spain. The coordinates are 40°51'56.8"N 0°28'19.5"E . It's located in the subtropical/mediterranean zone, the lowest temperature is about 7 degrees, the highest may be up to 40 degrees. The percipitation is about 430 mm.Here's some information about local climate: https://www.besttravelmonths.com/spain/aldover-3537603/ The soil is permeable, stony and quite nutrient-poor. Here's a very detailed presentation about the soil in our area, maybe the pictures can help you. It's located in the mountains and it's surrounded by olive groves and orange groves. The property is sloping towards north side.

  Hi sir, there is one suggestion, being an environmentalist architect do not mingle the modern architecture with the ecology of the site. The reference files are all depiction of modern architecture. However, We must respect the biology, architecture, climatology and the environmental impacts of it, in order to obtain the "Ecological design". Interestingly, I am looking forward to the projects.      Hello, thank you for the comment and your feedback. Our main preference is still an ecological design which respects the environment, biology and climatology. Unfortunately it was very difficult finding inspirations which meet all of our expectations, so the reference files show not exactly the design we like but they may give an imagination of the style, materials and colours we like. You do not have to pay attention to the references, we thought they might be helpful for some participants. We think that there are many possibilities to integrate ecological elements into all kinds of buildings. We have many ideas how to build an eco-friendly house, but unfortunately we have no ideas for the aesthetic aspects. Especially because the main building is an 80-meter one-story building and we're afraid it might look boring. We're looking for inspirations from We are looking for inspiration from people who are familiar with architectural design. We look forward to your entry.

     Hello, thank you for your interest in our project. The hotel should have from 10 up to 15 rooms and they should be on the ground floor. We're not planning to build additional floors at the moment, but we would like to build a roof top terrace for each room. Of course you can remove one building, except the largest one. We're open for your suggestions :)

     Hi, thank you. We look forward to it. We added some pictures of designs we like. It's important to us, that the hotel rooms have large (maybe mirrored) windows with patio doors, so the guests can enjoy the view of the mountains. It would be comfortable if there's also a door on the site of the street, so the guests can leave their car there and enter the room without walking through the reception or arround the whole building. We like white houses, but not the ones which look to modern/ fancy, it should be cozy.
