Contest Brief

I would like someone to alter the given pictures below to the same style that the George W. Bush picture is in - two tone, black and white detail. I would like enough detail so that the faces are recognizable even though there will only be black and white tones. I would like the hand gesture in John Howard's (the guy with grey hair) kept in his picture and I would like the information board in Pablo Escobar's picture kept in there as well. Please do not include the little emblem/label/picture in Russel Coight's (man with the hat) picture. I would like the pictures made in a very similar style to the George W Bush picture included in the attachments - that level of detail is good. Lastly, I would like two versions of each picture - with the white and black swapped for each. If you need any clarification on the direction I am looking for please send me a message and I can clear it up.
