Contest Brief

I need visual studio solution with a C# .Net Winform. The form must include a a way for users to add and remove buttons dynmically. It needs to save the buttons so when the user opens the application it contains the same buttons they created. There needs to be a method on the form for users to change the button text themselves.

Code needs to be minimal, clean, concise.
