Style:
* Need to be very clean with large sans serif fonts that are easy to read.
Layout
* We want to see full page fluid layout for a homepage. Each section should have text and imagery.
* Text should be minimal and spread into sections homepage
* CMS and inner pages should be max-width 1000px center aligned, have one column and 2 column layout design templates.
Colors
* Background should be white without any texture or shadow
* The design colors should have the hi-contrast to look sharp and clean.
* Colors should be easy on the eyes.
UI Elements
* UI elements should be designed with consistency.

* Make the page more visually pleasing and informational with use of icons
