Hello there,

I need a design for the monthly dashboard to show top management how employees performance in the branch is going each month.

there are several factors to manage and show::

- General Information:
Month of the dashboard
Employee Name
Employee Position Title
Overall performance achievement
Rank among employees this month

- KPIs (things to measure)
Quality of Service (25 points)
Number of Transactions (25 points)
Mistakes (25 points)
Attendance (15 points)
Appearance (10 points)

Risk Type (under mistakes)
High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk

- Missing days this month:
Number of missing days
then tick box to identify type (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Training)

Dear all,
If you get a rate that means I see potential in the design you created, or you are going into the right direction.. General guidelines for all:
- Keep the green theme, final version should be all in green just different shades of green
- Use simple icons beside KPIs to represent the KPI (for example something represents quality beside the word quality)
- The dashboard should be in landscape format

Good luck all and I hope for all those who are rated to work on improving their work, tough competition ahead

One last thing, the contest will be extended only if necessary. Most likely the contest will NOT be extended.
