I hired Ikki to create a custom Pokemon background for my YouTube channel. It took about a month to complete, but he definitely knew what he was doing. Of all the Freelancers who bid on my project, he was the only one who had pictures in his Freelancer portfolio that actually resembled Anime Characters that you would see on an actual Anime TV series. The budget was very reasonable and his artistic skills are amazing. There is no way I would be able to draw Anime Characters with the high level of quality and precision that he has. I'm actually surprised he hasn't been hired by TV Tokyo or another Japanese company to draw Anime characters for one of their television shows, because he's more than capable of doing so. In short, I'm very happy with his work and I'm actually keeping him on my list of favorite Freelancers, in case I need him to draw more Anime characters for me in the future.I hired Ikki to create a custom Pokemon background for my YouTube channel. He sent me a basic sketch, so i released the first milestone. He said he would send me an image with base colors, but went ahead and did the final image which he sent to me on the day it was due. It had errors and was incomplete, but when I asked him to fix it, he said 'i'm sorry to inform you that I won't be able to finish it, you don't have to pay me the rest of the money.' It was extremely unprofessional, and left me in a tough spot because he knew it was a gift for a special occasion, and didn't give me any room to make other arrangements.He sent me a basic sketch, so i released the first milestone. “To clarify: NO milestone payments were 'released', ONLY 'created'. I receive nothing so no transactions happened and I already cancelled my milestone request. Sorry for being 'unprofessional' about it but if you really want it to be good, you should've considered the time constraint and started the project weeks or a month before your special occasion not 4 or 5 days before so the changes/improvements can easily be implemented or you can still have time to look for another artist of your preference. :DTo clarify: NO milestone payments were 'released', ONLY 'created'.
