I want to create a site almost similar to twitter.com, with almost the same functions. Also there will be another feature like chatting, and sendingemail notifications to registered users (the same way twitter functions withthe email system; but I will discuss with you which service to use for thisparticular function). I also want you to create a Admin Control Panel, for me to administer the site.Also there will be the 'share' option to other social networks. (to share what you post on the site)There will be an option to register on the site.I will send the psd version of the site, with detailed written instructions.The freelancer should accomplish these criterias:- Each PSD should be entirely hand coded into HTML / CSS and checked for validity and cross browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera). - 100 % Hand coded. PSD to HTML into valid and semantic HTML / CSS, optimize the CSS, HTML, and images for smooth loadtimes (All images and markup result in fast loading, bandwidth saving pages, carefully optimized, making user experience fun and smooth at all times.). You should also document the code to allow easy editing and modification in the future. (I prefer to work with one freelancer, even in the future, if the service is great).- Light-weight Tableless CSS Layout ; Clean W3C Valid XHTML / CSS- Pixel-perfect conversion- Search Engine Optimized- It is a Great Advantage if you have a long experience in the field, and have accomplished even complex algorithms in the past. - Is responsive ,cooperative, diligent and correct.- The freelancer may help in installing the script. - I will deliver the total amount of money, after successfully testing the site on your server.
