EASY! iPad time tracking application - 8 week timeframe

Project Description:
Simply, this is going to be a time tracking tool. There are three parts – the backend database (SQL?), a simple front end for creating user logins and doing simple reporting, and the front end.Full requirements and design will be provided under Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The front end will have the user login, type in the label of the entry, and then select a code from a dropdown list for the work they did, and then enter the time they spent doing that work (buttons of time increments?) Multiple codes can be selected. A user could enter some notes (perhaps speech to text?). They would save the entry, and lock it to make the entry uneditable (perhaps a button?). The data would get saved to the remote database, so we could do some reporting off the data.
If you are bidding on this project, please make sure that you can guarantee to be done in the expected timeframe. I need an experienced team that can complete this project, with proper QA and testing. I will need help with the initial install and setup. Payment will be made as the work can be shown and as we reacah milestones.
I can help with graphics.
I own all IP to the app. Many revisions (as additional projects) can come out of this.
