Established USA corporation provides a service to businesses. Presently we generate our leads in-house. We have been in business almost 20 years. We have a tangible product that we ship to the client, you will not be selling intangibles or air, you will be proud of what you are selling.

We are looking for a reliable call center that can handle our in-bound leads, provide the appropriate pre-sale info, and sell our service to these warm leads. Presently we sell about 15-25% of our in-bound leads. We hope to improve upon this by transferring our real-time press one leads directly to your trained call center workers who can work full time on our project. Presently we use at-home contract workers that are successful but difficult to monitor and we want to scale up production, so we need agents that we know can handle the leads immediately as they come in.

The call center agent should be able to do more than just talk. The agent will need to map our client's exact location in Google Earth, create a jpg file map of the client's location, interview the client and make notes on the map using a PC paint program, sell the client one of our available packages, collect the payment information (credit card or online check info), and provide information on when the service will take place. This process takes on average 12-15 minutes with most clients who purchase. Each order is custom for each client, and that's why the process takes a small amount of time. The sales price of the service is between $295 usd to $1595 usd and we pay your commissions daily by paypal. At this time the most popular sale is the $395 package. Commissions are on a sliding scale and range from 15-20%. All sales over $495 are at 20% commission. For example, your commission would be $44.25 on a $295 package, 17% or $67.15 on a $395 package, 20% or $99.00 on a $495 package, $319 commission on a $1595 package, etc.

Because each lead costs us time and $ to generate the agent will need to be familiar with our service and pass a basic knowledge test before working with our leads. The agent sells the package, submits the appropriate info and google earth map using our online submit form, we process the credit cards and online checks at the end of each day and pay your commissions each night. We want the call center to pay our agents daily, as we have found that daily pay increases closing %. If we can pay the agents directly, and pay the call center their cut directly each day, so much the better. All parties will need paypal accounts.

Each agent should have a quality PC capable of running google earth software, and enough bandwidth (high speed connection) to be able to map in google earth while simultaneously talking with the client.

Agents should be able to speak American style english with little or no accent, voice samples are required.

We have online training available, and most agents will require about 3-5 days to absorb the material. This is a high paying job for your closers, but this does not need to be a high pressure sale, and the most successful agents will sound more like "customer service reps" than "sales reps".

This is a commission only deal, we are sending you warm leads that we've generated, the client already knows what the service is when you receive the lead, your job is to get the client mapped, put the client on one of our available packages, close the client using our techniques including our proven closing phrase, collect the payment info, and submit the info using an online form. You will be paid on your sales at the end of each day. We have been doing this for years and we know how to do it, the agent just needs to study our material to be successful.

This could be a long term deal for the right call center, but only the best agents who are well educated, speak perfect American-style English, and have proven closing skills will be able to handle this. This is more involved than reading a script or doing a survey. Thanks.
