Project Description:
We require a qualified structural engineer to do the structural calculations and design of a proposed two story residential development project. The simple (11m x 17m rectangular shape) energy efficient design has a gambrel roof (30 degree) and the design drawings are drawn in Revit Architecture. The construction type is "Dincel construction system" (Dincel.com.au) with 200mm thick exterior concrete walls, 110mm thick interior concrete walls and 150mm thick concrete floor/ceiling slabs. The proposed home has a mezzanine floor and attic space. The roof structure needs to be designed in a cost efficient manner for a steel colour-bond roof. The structural engineering design/calculations for this project must be complete and meet current Australian building codes.
