Move Joomal site to new domain and small template change

Project Description:

I have a Joomla 1.7x website that needs to be moved to a new domain. The website contains a component that uses a second database, so two databeses will need to be moved.

the soufce website needs to remain exactly as it is now, nothing must be deleted or changed prior or after copying the site to the target domain.

Once the site is moved the template on the site at the new website address needs to be changed slightly. (From what it looks now at the source site (expo.the-experiment.co.nz) to the attached picture - only yellow bands in header and footer to be added). It is important that the resultant template works in all versions of IE as well as other browers, and does not slow down the component that displays data in IE - i.e. that CSS changes are not made that slows down the display of data in IE).

The changed template needs to be delivered as a zip file, as well as be installed in the target domain.

All links need to work in the new website on the target domain.

I'll make available the access information for both the source and target domains to the successful bidder.
