Project Description:

Hello,

Please read the project information as it is important.

I want to set up a local job listing website. SEO-friendly. People must be able to post their own jobs and employers must be able to search for jobs in their region. Region can be defined by city or by postal code + distance.
This is my school project (I must launch a business, I will be busy with the business plan, marketing & promotion), I study entrepreneurship, so I have a very hard deadline, which is June 1th 2012. I prefer it to be finished a bit before, please let me know your time to complete.

I need a profile page for each user and a messaging system. The site-structure and layout's I like have been attached.
Paid profile system, job posting and responding systems, some information pages and a simple CMS system for example for removing illegal/ reported jobs and keeping track on paid profiles.
Limit of one database.
I will send more information upon bid.

I will be busy with the plans, but can also help on the project. One problem is that the site will be in Dutch, so we'll have to work around that. I have some solutions for this
1) I will translate the site after
2) I will provide translations while you are working on the site
3) Build the site with language files, for easy translation
4) A combination of the above
5) You are Dutch

Payment upon completion, no initial milestone percentage please.
