Brief of site;

The site will allow users to log in if they are from the business side of things and upload a profile, Of what they have to offer. Each profile can include up to six pictures and a description and a area check list that the business can tick to say what they have and what they dont on there site, And mark on a calendar when they are fully booked.

The customer then can come on line and search either a advanced search to find exactly what they are after like for instance. I would like there to be a pool on site and a bar, So i would tick both of these area on advanced search. If the customer wants to search on a area the customer will click on the big England map on the main page and it will highlight that area once clicked in all business in that area on.

If the customer then clicks on one of the business that has come up they like it, They can buy a pitch or how ever many they want, They go through a short number of questions however each particular business deals with there campsite or caravan park, For instants some may sell by pitches other by cars other by people, then there will be a automatic calculator that works it out depending on which site it is on, Then the customer will continue to pay and they have then booked there pitch, A print now screen of there ticket will come up and forwarded to theres and the campsites email address regarding booking... Moneys will get forwarded to campsite and 10% to the camping company automatically.

This is not the design i am after just idea. Also a logo will need to be made so i can start doing letterheads and also a email address ... Domain is brought.

If you could now give me a rough scale of price now you know all the ins and outs and whether you can do a website to this scale as before anything is started i will not pay if the quality cant be made to this standard so please make sure that you can work to this standard. Any updates or when the business does grow regarding that there are no issues, You will be contacted. So a update price will be good also, Maybe for advertisement banners now and again ect.

Also time scale would be great as i am on a tight rope as been let down by a local web designer.
