Please read this project carefully. Don't get me wrong, i am a reasonable guy but I have a low tollerance for sloppy work, and people that dont read my messages VERY CLOSELY. AND CAREFULLY. Here's what I am looking for. I need two things:
A mobile APP and a website. They both need to be built.

I need to own the SourceCode for both the website and the APP when this is finished.

The website:
to understand what I am trying to put together please look at the following website. I want to build something very similar to this: www.taskrabbit.com
the mobile app should perform the key functions of the website- but not the functions of the administrative website.

Logo will look similar to the attached file.. stock photo wording will need to be removed.

The website enables individuals to post tasks that they want completed. An example would be if you wanted someone to go to the grocery store for you, you would place that task on the website. After the task is posted individuals would be able to either accept your offer or make a counter offer for your task to be completed.

The individuals posting the task we also be able to post how much they will pay for the task to be completed.

Those posting tasks will also see how much other employers that have posted of similar tasks have been paying for the task to be completed.

Those who post tasks will nee to enroll to use the service. They will be able to enroll using Facebook, Google or Twitter.

Some key features:
All assistant's would complete a background check.The system will need to connect www.Beenverfied.com. www.Beenverfied.com will allow the user to enter their information and then provide the results back to YourTaskGuru.com
The website will need to track the dollar amount of accepted offers and make suggestions via a graph for those that are placing jobs on the website.
Templates form previous ads can be used for new ads regardless of who placed the ad.

Website must allow for video interview uploads for those completing tasks.
An online application form must be completed for all apply to work for Yourtaskguru.com.
The completed application form must be made available to me for review once it is complted online (preferrably email)
I have included an example of the application for questions as an attachement.
Site must support SMS messaging for Assistants (those offering to complete tasks)
SMS messaging will be for new job postings in their specialty, bids that they have won. bids that they have lost.
Website must include a Facebook Recommend button
Follow us on Twitter must also be on the website
website must also have a Facebook Like, "inShare" and "Tweet" options throughout the website.
Each Assistant that is bidding on the job should not be able to see the bids of other assistants while in the bidding process.
Task Posters must provide their credit card and a valid billing address that matches the credit card in order to post a task that they want completed.
Those posting tasks must use either the website or the APP to pay the assistant and notify Yourtaskguru.com that the task is completed
The website will accept credit card via PayPal API's
The Transaction fee for Yourtaskguru.com is applied in addition to the fee that the employer pays to the employee. The fee is 10% of the amount paid for the service. The website needs to be able to include this fee with every completed payment.

Popular tasks should be listed on the page similar to the landing page for taskrabbit.com located on the left side. I would however lit popular tasks listed in a circle with icons that magnify when a mouse runs Over them.
User must be able to upload profile pictures.
Application status must be displayed for assistants that log in. It should state 20% complete, 30% complete etc.
