User bridge between SWCMS and Laconia

I need a bridge between Social Web CMS ([login to view URL]) and Laconica ([login to view URL]), two open-source scripts. The bridge will allow the user to register once via Social Web CMS and be registered with Laconica at the same time. Modifications to these two scripts to allow the above must be included. You must be familiar with SWCMS and Laconica by going to those sites and seeing the free scripts. You must be an expert on PHP and MySQL. Please don't bid if you are new to these languages.
