Project Description:
I need a programmer that can convert my attached specifications into the following:
1. Covert the attached specifications into a detailed flow chart. The flow chart should state how the entire web site will work; this should include the front end, back end and Admin.
2. Convert the attached specifications into a detailed mock up (User interface); using a wireframe tool for the web design team, this should include the front end, back end and Admin.
3. Convert the attached specifications into a detailed technical specification for the coding and programming team; this should include the front end, back end and the Admin.

I need open minded programmers that can contribute or add ideas to this project.
