I am looking for someone to develop a site similar to DJ Intelligence site: Complete Demo (http://www.djintelligence.com/demo.asp). I need this job done in a timely fashion. Unless you can deliver on time do not bid.
Features required for this site:
* Music Search and Request System
* Dynamic Availability Calendar Checker (DJ Level need ability to put in Calendar when they are no available)
* Custom Event Planning Forms (Admin can create event and create customized forms for clients to fill out)
* Savable Event Timeline with ability to edit for (Admin or Client)
* Complete Online Event Booking System with integration of Customized Forms (Also need away to do Up-sells/Add-on)
* Instant Price Quote Generator
* Post-Event Satisfaction Survey
* Payment Gateway ((Offline Credit Card, Email Money Transfer, Check or Cash) Deposit amount required)
* Client Referral Program
* Guest Request List System
* Password Protected Client Area (Will eventually use SSL)
* General Contact Form
* Schedule/Manage Event Information
* Ability to send mass or individual emails to Clients or DJs
* 3 Level login system
- Client Level
- Once booked they will have the ability to see their forms they filled out per event and ability to change. Can not make changes if 24 hours left till event.
- Sent Guests links to create a request list. Client can remove Guest requests.
- Ability to book additional events.
- Ability to pick a DJ from the DJ added to System. If DJ is unavailable then a simple popup box stating that DJ is unavailable please pick from the following available DJs
- DJ Level
- Ability to READ ONLY the events assigned to them.
- Ability to post in Calendar System when they are NOT available.
- Admin Level
- Add/Edit Delete anything
- Create Events, Forms for the Event, Upsells/Addons for Events.
- Main Site updates
- Able to create unlimited pages and links.
* With this system we need to be able to create different site design layouts.
* We will supply you with the site design.
