WoW Guild Site Design

Looking for a web designer and a flash artist to create a simple world of warcraft web design, in which I can update and change information and graphics as needed. I can change alot of what I need around but the main things I need setup are the barebones of the site itself and a well done flash menu header... examples of such are... I got almost all the graphics or if you think you can give a go at the ideas and concepts you can do up the graphics. I need complete trademark and copyrights as the actual content will be everchanging and developing as we progress along. The page count is minimal... only will have main/news page, members, progression, forums, calender, sign up. Need security in place... the news page will be managed by CutePHP, and the board will be phpBB. I want to pay is about $50-200, $200 is pushing it because like I said I'm only asking for barebones design... I can easily do 200 if you wish to make the graphic design and I am willing to negotiate.
