CNC Simulator

I'mlooking for a developer who is familiar with G-Code programming for machines. I need some software that will interpret a G-Code program and simulate a running machine. Similar to software describer here [login to view URL] or here [login to view URL] The main difference here is that I do not need to render the 3D or graphic as it is running. i just need an API that i can use to capture the axis motion and current line being executed and a few other things in virtual realtime. So i need a way to upload a typical G-Code program and tell it to run in simulation and an way to collect the data in software as it runs. I also need to have the ability to select and historically save some data to a SQL database. If you have written a program like this before then please apply. Software code needs to be in C# but will accept VB and must work in VisualStudio 2010 or higher. I don't need perfection just some code to run the G-Code program is the most important piece. If you have no idea what a g-Code program is then please do not respond. I would also like to be able to run this in the cloud using Windows Azure if possible.
