Bids are requested for the development of a solution that will maintain a database of software titles. The project will be developed for an Intranet running Internet Explorer 6 with the logic provided by SQL Server 2000 stored procedures ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Provide HTML front-end to functions contained within SQL Stored procedures that will allow users to... -Maintain access restrictions -manually update fields -run a wizard comprising common tasks (e.g. software library loan maintenance or new software registration) -search for software records using wildcards and keywords. 5) Provide functionality that will regularly alert users to any software licensing issues. 6) Create a logical database structure that will serve as a central repository for all data pertaining to software owned by the business.
