Modifications on WYSIWYG editor

Hello,I need some modifications on a special wysiwyg that can be found here ( http://www.goejaza.com/wyse )...
The modification required are :
1- when user click on ( @ ) inside the editor an auto complete menu displayed, same as facebook, contain items to select from.
when user select any item form auto complete menu This should display :
-Modal window (dialog box) contain a web form.
-add special bb tag based on selection ID.
- when submit a form send form by Ajax and close modal.
2- the current example editor is support Multi page of the editor. when you press on ( + ) button it will show more pages of editor.
I need that the first page of the Editor shown directly by default. without the need to press on the ( + ) button.
These Modifications should based on:
CodeIgniter version 2.1.0
JQuery version 1.7.1
Cross Browser (IE 6.0+, FF 2.0+, Safari 3.0+, Opera 9.0+, Chrome)

I have experience in tinyMCE editor customisation, so this should be similar. Also have exp in codeigniter, here are my sample sites: ylakiudarzelis.lt, ylakiuglobosnamai.lt and auto-loads.com. I was working with auto-loads.com for more than half a year. There was lot of jquery tasks.
I don't know exact time how long would it take, cause I am not familiar with ckeditor, so I made 30 days. I hope this at worst case would be enough.
Oh, btw I could not guaranty that it would work well in IE6, I have no experience with that old browser. less
