Project Description:
We want an application that supports iPhone that will work with our existing web application, which manages and shares timetables. Users will need to login using Facebook connect and the application will then need to communicate with our REST API to download user data (including account information and existing timetable data if it exists).
Through the application, the user should be able to view their timetables and classes as downloaded from the API, as well as adding new items, editing existing and deleting. The application will also need to be able to 'draw' the timetable up on a daily and weekly basis so the user can see an overview of classes. It will need to be able to draw these timetables for the user's classes, as well as for the user's friends classes (users as downloaded through Facebook).
Wireframes for how the application should look will be provided, as well as storyboards for its use and also company branding materials. The application should at the very least support iOS 5, compatibility on iOS 6 is also preferred. Native iOS UI elements should be used as well as standard, appropriate programming patterns. The application may be maintained down the track by internal staff.
iPad support may be considered in addition to the application as described, a separate quote for the inclusion of such compatibility would be nice.
