I have a blogger.com blog site and I need to move over to WordPress. So I need you to design a WordPress Theme from scratch and install custom Plugins that fit my needs. You MUST know how to make custom plugins that work effectively and quickly. I know exactly how I need the new site to look and function.When ever I post a YouTube video I need the YouTube Player to be automatically masked with a Custom Skin with my site logo on it and Embed Options for the users. I need it to run quick and smoothly with no lagging. Also, I need the whole site to be HTML5 and IOS compatible and all videos must play smoothly on mobile devices.
You MUST be available for Skype Video Calls.
